RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS

All reservations can be requested by e-mail to info@forhandicaptravelers.com or     submit “BOOK IT” and fill the form out. They will be confirmed by the same way. In order to guarantee the reservations full payment will be required. We take Visa    or Master Card. A deposit in cash or a signed credit card Voucher (Visa or Master Card) will be    required in order to guarantee the rented equipment. Your arrival/departure information will be necessary in order to program the delivery    and pick up time of the equipment rented (airline, flight number and times).

HOW ALL THIS WORKS

We deliver the equipment to your hotel at your arrival day. The time will be     scheduled at the moment of the confirmation of your service. We show you how to use the equipment. You can call us any time to the numbers you will get on the Deposit Voucher Form. Any addition on the days of rent needs to be request in advance, in order to check    availability. And cover the extra cost. We will pick up the equipment at your hotel at the time set up at the delivery    time, any change need to be informed 24 hrs before. All guarantees will be returned once we have the equipment back in good    conditions.
