RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS
  • All reservations can be requested by e-mail to info@forhandicaptravelers.com orsubmit
        “BOOK IT” and fill the form out. They will be confirmed by the same way.
  • In order to guarantee the reservations full payment will be required. We take Visaor Master Card.
  • A deposit in cash or a signed credit card Voucher (Visa or Master Card) will be required in order to
       guarantee the rented equipment.
  • Your arrival/departure information will be necessary in order to program the delivery and pick up
       time of the equipment rented (airline, flight number and times).


HOW ALL THIS WORKS
  • We deliver the equipment to your hotel at your arrival day. The time will bescheduled at the
        moment of the confirmation of your service.
  • We show you how to use the equipment.
  • You can call us any time to the numbers you will get on the Deposit Voucher Form.
  • Any addition on the days of rent needs to be request in advance, in order to check availability.
       And cover the extra cost.
  • We will pick up the equipment at your hotel at the time set up at the delivery time, any change
       need to be informed 24 hrs before.
  • All guarantees will be returned once we have the equipment back in good conditions.
